Panda Thoughts...

In five days I find out the results of my certification test. I don't have to tell you how nervous I am. (bitting nails ) This is really big and really important for me. I just hope the results are good. Darrel tells me that I don't have anything to worry about; that I'll have passed and everything will be okay. I hope he's right.

In other bits of random news.... My cooking continues and is going well. So far nothing burnt and everything comes out good. I'm really excited. I've never been this excited about cooking before. Usually when I thought of cooking my mind went "Ick" and I would usually let Darrel whip up something. But I can't explain what's brought on this want... no wait... need to learn how to cook good food. Not just the usual cookies, cakes, and baked goods I was pretty good at. But I want to learn about chicken, fish, steaks, and other things that are oh so yummy in my tummy.

Welp enough kid talk for now.....

I'm off to do something....

There's a new feature on my site, in case you haven't seen it. It's the weather magnet located down the side bar a litte ways. It displays my local weather and there's a box for you to type in a zip code so you can check out the weather around the states. Comes in handy at times.

Well today's the day. At 4 p.m. today I start my new job. I'm really looking forward to it. I had orientation yesterday (yawn ) and did my computer training today (again, yawn ). Both were things I'd already been over several other times but I understand I have to go through them again. Each hospital has a different way of addressing things.

Hopefully this week will go smooth. It will be nice to get back in the groove of things and on a normal schedule. I don't mind vacations (even if I had to spend most of it studying) but I really function better on a schedule.

Now, I've got to round up all my stuff I need to take.

Lunch - Uh-oh! Gotta make lunch
